As was discussed at the recent Officer's meeting (good turnout, btw), we will be doing a lot of transfering of members from the chapters without the mana symbols into the chapters with the mana symbols in the chapter names. This is mostly for uniformity, and also to make it more difficult for CerealKillaz to be impersonated, as the mana symbols can no longer be put in the names of clans. We will attempt to do this in an orderly fashion, starting with the smaller chapters and ending with the larger chapters. This process will help us to cull inactives from our roster as well. We will attempt to have this process completed and be ready to find out who our four/five chapter captains are going to be by the end of the year, which is also coincidentally the same time we will be opening recruiting (for a short period of time and a limited number of slots available).  I think you guys will find that when you have a chapter of 55 actives, the activity rate and the ability to connect with each other will increase exponentially.

I look forward to the next meeting we can have with all you guys, you made me proud. I was honestly afraid more people would no-show.

Now for the information on the site: I added a new member search area, you can find this under the navigation drop-down menu in the main menu bar at the top of the page under the banner. This is a very nice search feature which will help you get to know people on the site better.

Also, I have added a Video Chat area (located in the same menu as the member search) for CerealKillaz clan members only (this requires access level 4 or higher to see the link). If you would like to have a real display name on the video chat (you don't have to have a camera to watch folks act stupid), then just go sign up at www.tokbox.com.

Say hello to your newest Field Marshal, WindWalker. As was required by zenire's recent resignation of his comission of Field Marshal, the Cabinet had to get us a new one so that procedures around here can keep going. WindWalker will be a fine choice, I'm sure.

As can be read and discussed at this link , there will be a mandatory officers meeting on Sunday, September 27th, 2009. If you are an officer and are unable to attend, then you should email me at meuslix@cerealkillaz.org with a good reason why. There are two times you can attend the meeting, in order to accomodate different timezones. The times are 12:00 noon Eastern time (GMT -5) and 8:00pm Eastern (GMT -5).

Those that do not show or do not send an email saying why they won't show (with a good reason as to why they will miss both meetings) will no longer be officers.
